Shishkaberry

This monster is from the Shishkaberry line from Spice of Life Seeds. As for pedigree details, Shishkaberry was mothered by two Afghani hybrid cousins known as ‘the red’ and ‘the yellow’. The father was an especially resinous Blueberry from DJ Short’s collection. The plants were selected for yield and resin production, respectively. The project was apparently a success, as Shishkaberry produces incredibly sparkly and resinous colas of seriously massive girth. The aroma of the live plant is intense, a combination of astringent, berry, hashy, and flowery scents…whoa Nellie, do these things crank out the resin! I’m not sure I’ve ever seen a strain yield more sticky bubble hash per pull than Shishkaberry. Breeder Steve agrees with me on this one! There is a very early phenotype in the Shishkaberry line, and the strain is also known to do well when planted late in the season.
