REFUND POLICY

Speakeasy Seedbank does not offer refunds or returns for any reason--all sales are final.

A photo is taken of every order before shipment, if you receive a shipment and the wrong product is sent to you, please send us an email with a photo of the items in your shipment, and upon confirming that the pre-shipping photo shows you were sent the wrong product, we will send you the correct product free of charge.

Please do not send any products back to us as the package will be refused and returned to sender.

SHIPPING POLICY

All orders are shipped as soon as possible upon payment receipt--typically within 3 to 7 days--but we make no guarantees on a timeframe.

Products will be shipped in compliance with all hemp laws and, upon request, will include a Certificate of Analysis showing that everything contained in the shipment contains zero THC in compliance with all State and Federal Hemp Laws.
