These Super Soil/Living Soil Grow Bags are an Ultra-Premium and Ultra-Heavy Material Made from our material partner in the USA. This Diamond material provides more moisture retention than our standard CORE Grow Bags for Growers using Super Soil or Living Soil. (Or Growers just wanting to water less)

These are heavy and look super cool! They have a metallic look to them with a special Diamond Weave that provides reduced airflow while still air pruning the roots on the bottom and sides.

We take our time making these in our small Denver Shop. We use the finest UV-Resistant Marine Grade thread. We also use the highest quality materials available so you can use these for many, many years!

A LITTLE MORE ABOUT OUR PREMIUM FABRIC.

Did you know many of the imported fabrics used to make “Cheap” grow bags have harsh chemical applied to the fabric? Do you know if those chemical are getting into your soil? These are the questions we started asking when we first started making grow bags a few years ago and when we recently made a switch to USA made materials. We didn’t like what we learned about the chemicals applied to many of the lower priced imported fabrics. Our new USA made fabric is not only the highest quality we found, but it’s also made using safe practices. Our fabric utilizes innovative textile technologies instead of harsh chemicals for things like mold and mildew protection. It’s approved by the EPA (Environmental Protection Agency) in the US for safe consumer materials. Our material is also GreenGuard certified from UL (Underwriters Laboratories) for having low chemical emissions. It’s certified lead free, halogen free and proudly made from a company using environmentally responsible practices.

WHERE ARE YOUR GROW BAGS AND BEDS MADE?

As of July 2019, all of our Grow Bags and Grow Beds are made in our small manufacturing shop in Denver, Colorado. We pay fair wages and provide a kick ass work environment for our workers. We have some of the best seamstresses in the world making our products.

WHAT SIZE IS THIS BAG?

This is our smallest bag–it is 1/4 gallon and it’s only 4 inches x 4 inches. It is great for starting seeds and for the first month of the plant’s life. We offer full size grow bags from 3 gallon to 30 gallon. We offer our grow beds in sizes from 20 gallon to over 100 gallons. We also make customer size grow beds.

WHY DON’T YOU MAKE YOUR BAGS OUT OF HEMP?

Great question! We actually tried that several years ago and realized quickly that the one place in our grow rooms and gardens we want non-organic is in our grow bags and grow beds. The reason is simple. We don’t want our grow bags or grow beds to break down  in our soils and in our plants. We go to great lengths to ensure we make our grow bags and grow beds with the correct materials that are designed for the grow room environment.

This is also whey we choose to work with only the most reputable raw material suppliers in the USA so they can guarantee us the quality of the materials we start with. The finest raw materials combined with our passion for making the products is why HONOR products are the finest available.

HOW DO I WASH HONOR GROW BAGS AND GROW BEDS?

Our USA made premium material is made to last. We suggest you wash it between each grow to ensure you get maximum life out of it. We like to spray the bags with hot water and use a clean organic soap like Dr. Bronners. Some growers will use a power washer. We don’t recommend using a brush because stuff like perlite can get in the brush and scratch the bags.

We suggest using your hands and just scrub the nutrients, minerals and leftover material out with the hot water and soap. The purpose of washing the materials is to help it last a long time and also to make sure you have the proper airflow to your roots and soil system. If you like using bleach, please use a 50% water to 50% bleach ratio.

HOW DO I GET THE WRINKLES OUT OF OUR BAGS AFTER SHIPPING?

Our bags like to be warm when they’re being shipped in the airplanes they get really cold in the cargo area and they can wrinkle. The simplest way to get the wrinkles out is to get the bags warm. We suggest getting them warm with hot water or by leaving them in a hot warm place under the sun. When our material gets war it gets soft and you can work the wrinkles out. If you get them out the first time, you shouldn’t have to do it again unless you fold them and get them cold again.
